I feel recognized as a valued player, with a host named Francis who has reached out to me via email. I should add that I had a wonderful time overall: nice meals, thankful for food vouchers, exciting slot play, great room with a view, wonderful house keeping staff who provided me with items needed for an extended stay. She is a sweet young woman who represents the resort well. I feel like I have a friend at Seneca Niagara, and her name is Laura. She helped me check in, assisted me to a table, and made me feel welcomed. I would like to commend Laura, who supervised the pool on my last visit. I was very happy and relieved to receive the call back. I knew that I had not made the charge, and that this business was competent to trace the charge and find a signature. I felt very calm calling and talking to Susan. Another person mistakenly charged to my room. Within 4 days, she called to confirm that the charge had been removed. She stated that the charge would be disputed, and that she would call back after it was researched. I called, and Susan identified quickly the source of the charge. Weeks after checking out, I received a credit card charge for my stay. I would like to recognize Susan at the front desk for solving a recent problem. ![]()
